|
Commercial Shipments valued at over $1600.00 Canadian must be listed on a
properly completed NAFTA in order to be entered at the lower duty rates
provided under the NAFTA. The Certificate of Origin is uniform among Canada,
the United States and Mexico and is acceptable for use in any of the countries.
